2. Product Description

DockFlow is a productivity application for macOS users, designed to help individuals streamline and manage their workspace through customized Dock presets and switching capabilities.

3. License and Usage

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DockFlow for personal or commercial purposes on one Mac device.

Prohibited activities include:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the software
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code
• Sharing your license with others

4. Payment and Delivery

Payments are one-time and non-recurring (unless stated otherwise). Download access is provided upon payment completion. Prices are subject to change without notice, but this does not affect completed purchases.

5. Lifetime Upgrade Policy

All customers who purchase a 1-Year Access license may request an upgrade to an available lifetime plan within 31 calendar days of the original purchase date. During this period, the amount paid for the 1-Year Access license will be credited toward the lifetime plan, so the customer pays only the difference between that amount and the price displayed for the selected lifetime plan at the time of the upgrade. After the 31-day period, no upgrade credit applies and the lifetime plan must be purchased at its then-current full price. Contact us at support@appitstudio.com to request an upgrade. This upgrade policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights.

6. Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not happy with the product, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Contact us at support@appitstudio.com to request a refund.

Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy document for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

DockFlow shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our software.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
